Stand Still

life consists of

being in motion.

Sometimes forward,

sometimes backwards,

then to the left

and then again to the right.

But moving in the now

is standing still.

By opening up

all senses.

And enjoying the

sensation,

that standing still

can bring about.

Then time is timeless.

And love and warmth

infinite.

If you stand still 

by movement,

then there is only

tranquility.
