For organizations that dare to look differently

Practical. Human. Sometimes confronting. Always honest where needed.

Seeing what lives beneath the surface

Sometimes something feels off in the way people work together.
You can’t quite name it — but it’s there.
Everyone senses it, but no one can really articulate it.

I help make the invisible visible — and discussable.
Without judgment.
With attention to the undercurrent and the whole.

What I do

Clarifying team dynamics — so movement becomes possible

Whether it’s a board, management team or working group: I help make the unspoken visible.
Not through a standardised assessment, but by attuning to the unique group field.

I combine lived experience, direct observation and the Human Design system —
a practical and surprisingly accurate method for reading group energy.

  • I name what feels off — without judgment

  • I map out roles and patterns — without putting people in boxes

  • I offer practical insight — so change becomes possible

Sometimes that’s a conversation.
Sometimes a series of sessions.
Sometimes a visual analysis of your team.

Always bespoke. Always tuned to what’s needed.

💡 What you see above

This is a representation of group energy in small teams (3–5 people).
It’s based on the Penta mechanism from Human Design —
translated into recognisable roles and group processes.

At a glance, it shows:

  • what forces are at play in your team

  • where energy flows easily

  • and where friction, blind spots or overload may arise

I use this model to look at your team with you.
Not to judge — but to bring clarity, movement and direction.

Who this is for

For leaders and teams ready to go deeper than behaviour

This work is for organizations that aren’t seeking a quick fix —
but lasting clarity in how people work together.

For leaders who sense the friction — even if everything "looks fine" on paper. For teams stuck in recurring patterns. For organisations that know “human-centred” means more than soft language.

And for those who understand:
culture is behaviour in context — and yes, that can be made visible.

Whether you’re struggling with decision-making, team fatigue, or unclear leadership dynamics —
I help surface what’s playing out beneath awareness,
so your team can move forward with confidence and clarity.

Why traditional team coaching often falls short

In 2016, Google released the results of a three-year internal study: Project Aristotle.
The goal? To uncover what makes a team successful.
The finding? Not skills, experience or personality —but psychological safety.

Teams thrive when people feel safe to speak up, make mistakes, and be themselves.

It makes sense. And yet…that sense of safety remains abstract in many teams.

What actually makes a team feel safe? Why does it work in one team — and fail in another?

That’s where my work makes the difference.

I don’t focus on behaviour. Not on communication styles or core qualities.
I look at the underlying mechanics of the team —the energetic blueprint that forms when people come together.

This isn’t some mystical layer. It’s measurable. Reproducible. Mechanical.

In Human Design, this field is called the Penta — a trans-auric energy structure that arises in groups of 3 to 5 people.
The Penta has its own logic. Its own rhythm. Its own drive.

And once you understand it,
you can finally make visible what others keep vague.
You can see why leadership drains.
Why decisions stall.
Why some people thrive while others block.
And most importantly:
you and your team can do something about it — without blaming, without boxing.

I bring clarity. No tricks. No judgment. Just insight into what’s happening — and what wants to move.

What to expect

My way of working

My guidance is always tailored — to your question, pace and team dynamic. Still, you can expect a few recognisable phases:

1. Pre-work (individual)
Before the team session, I meet with each member for a 1-on-1 session (±60 minutes).
This creates trust and activates the process early. I explain how I work and immediately offer practical tips based on their Design.

2. Team session (group analysis)
Based on the individual Designs and group configuration, I create a Penta analysis.
In the group session, I share what’s become visible — in plain language, grounded in your context.
Roles become clear. Tensions become explainable. The dynamic gains a shared language.

3. Optional follow-up
You’re welcome to add follow-up — from 1-on-1 sessions to longer team guidance.
But often, one group session is enough to create real change.

💡 Fees
My standard rate for organisational work is €100/hour (excl. VAT).
A typical trajectory starts from 8 to 10 hours, depending on group size and depth.
All projects are bespoke — we always align in advance on what fits.

So what now?

Maybe it still feels vague. Or maybe something in you knows: this is it.

What I do doesn’t fit a form or checklist.

But if you feel it’s time to look differently —
at your team, your organisation, or your leadership —
then let’s explore together if this is the right next step.

About me

I work with teams who want to grow — not by pushing harder,
but by looking more honestly.

As a former team lead in the Dutch police,
I know the pressure, the complexity, and the power of true collaboration.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as an independent interim manager, consultant and team facilitator
for organisations in healthcare, security and the social sector.

My background?

  • A degree in European Public Administration

  • Leadership roles in complex environments

  • A deep eye for group dynamics

  • A direct but respectful style

  • An unorthodox view that surprises, softens and activates

My foundation is strong. My approach gentle when it can be — direct when it must be.

Always with the aim of awakening the potential in people and teams — in ways that honour who they truly are.

What clients say

“Marieke provided a powerful Business Analysis for our firm based on Human Design. She gave us insight into where our collaboration flowed — and where it leaked. She also helped us understand what each of us naturally brings to the table, and how our group dynamic either enhances or hinders our growth. It was accurate, surprising, and deeply useful. We’re still referring to it weeks later — in meetings, and even at home. It gave us new language and clarity. Serious and insightful — but also light and full of humour.”

Executive Team Bureau Luider

“About the analysis and conversation — nothing but praise.
The content, the structure, your website, your booking process, the conversation itself, the recording,
your visual style, the clarity of your services, the report —
all of it was professional, consistent and thoughtfully done.
The message that stayed with me most: I’m not here to prove myself, but to truly meet the other. And that my environment is a key guide in recognising who belongs in it.
Such valuable insights.”
